Christine Stucky hosted a most successful auction at
their ranch near Kingman, Kansas on Wednesday, March 12
with a large, active bidding crowd in attendance. The
115 bulls moved through the auction ring at a rapid pace
and averaged in the $3,700 area with a $9,500 top. He
was the Lot 1 son of Woodhill Foresight and out of the
Lot 126 featured donor cow Circle S Eisa Erica 2072. Dan
Wiggan, Missouri was the buyer. Randall Glad, Silver
Grove, Kansas paid $7,000 for the Lot 2 SS Objective son
out of a GAR Precision dam. Several bulls topped the
$5,000 figure with solid bidding in the $3,500 to $4,000
area all through the auction. Top price for the day was
paid at $22,000 for the Lot 126 donor cow Circle S Eisa
Erica 2072. She sold to The Flying S Ranch, Lascassas,
TN, and to Alton “Bear” Askew and to Mike Crowder at
Griffin, Georgia. Fred and Ann Gretsch, Crawford,
Georgia purchased 17 females at a $3,100 average. |
